Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged during shipping. To be eligible for such a claim, you must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened, showing the damage clearly.
Once verified, we may offer a refund or replacement for the damaged item. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.
