📦 Exception — Damaged Products During Shipping
Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged during shipping. To be eligible for such a claim, you must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened, showing the damage clearly.
Once verified, we may offer a refund or replacement for the damaged item. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.
📩 How to Report Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged, please send the unboxing video and order details using one of the contact methods listed on our Contact Us page within 24 hours of delivery. Our support team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
